Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job at Kavana Living in Charlotte

About the Role: As a BCBA at Kavana Care, you will play an important role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs while working closely with clients, caregivers, and our clinical team.

Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans Providing ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment modifications Providing caregiver training and support Collaborating with families and other members of the care team Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensuring services are delivered ethically and in accordance with ABA best practices and applicable requirements Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families

What We’re Looking For: Current BCBA certification and active certification with the BACB North Carolina licensure as a behavior analyst Experience providing ABA services to children and/or young adults Strong clinical and communication skills A compassionate, family-centered approach Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a supportive clinical team Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-home services Why Kavana Care?
