Job Description: Store General Manager – RetailVIP Vape/Smoke | Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky$60,000–$70,000/year + Performance Bonus Full-Time | On-SiteVIP Vape/Smoke is growing, and we're looking for experienced Store General Managers to lead locations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. With 80+ locations and continued growth ahead, we're building a strong leadership team of people who know how to lead employees, operate great stores and drive results. Vape/smoke industry experience is NOT required. Strong retail leadership experience is. We're especially interested in managers from retail, convenience, grocery, wireless, specialty retail, fitness, hospitality, QSR and other fast-paced customer-facing businesses. What You'll Own As Store General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your location, including: Recruiting, hiring and developing your team Creating employee schedules and managing labor Driving sales and store performance Delivering an excellent customer experience Managing inventory and reducing shrink Maintaining merchandising and store standards Cash handling and operational controls Ensuring strict regulatory and age-verification compliance Coaching and holding employees accountable Creating a positive, high-performance store culture What We're Looking For 2+ years of retail, hospitality or comparable management experience preferred Experience leading and developing employees Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to recruit and build a team Comfort managing sales and performance metrics Inventory and cash-management experience High personal accountability and integrity Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Desire to grow into greater responsibility Compensation & Opportunity$60,000–$70,000 base salary + performance bonus opportunity Compensation will depend on experience and location.
