Strategic Employment Counsel - Hybrid Leader

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior Counsel - Employment to provide strategic legal guidance on complex employment matters, including compliance, litigation, and corporate initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership, officers, and subsidiaries to align legal strategy with business objectives. You will counsel on hiring, discipline, leaves, wage and hour issues, and oversee employment-related litigation, policy development, and risk management.
