The Role: We'reseekinga passionate and dedicated Quality Engineer who brings strong decision-makingandtechnicalexpertiseto the table. In this role, you'llwork closely with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to evaluate and resolve technical problems while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. WhatYou'llBe Doing: Use extensive technical skills, expertise, and knowledge of quality techniques as applied to electro-mechanicalassemblies, fabrication, weldingtechniques, harnesses and cables, and formulated materials. Develop processes/procedures for Quality Management systems Evaluate technical quality issues and develop solutions with documentation provided Understandmanufacturing processes withexpertisein electronics, electronic assemblies, harnesses, mechanical assemblies as well as fabricated, machined, and welded parts Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally. Be a key member of the team in completion and resolution of large, consequential quality system projects. Be knowledgeable in quality assurance for software developmentpertaining toembedded systems, and telematics. You'llbe the go-to for quality assurance for alternate energy storage systems and auto-guided vehicles. WhatWe'reLooking For: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering field, computer science, or professional license What Sets You Apart: Previous quality engineering or related experience Ability to interpretGD&Tengineering drawings Knowledge of quality systems used in manufacturingenvironmentsor software development Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Access, MS Project Experience with Toyota Production Systems Experience with Part Production Approval Process Understanding of lean techniques and continuous improvement Where and WhenYou'llWork: This is an in-person rolelocatedat our Greene, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Travel isrequiredapproximately 25% of the time – domestic and international. WhatYour Total Compensation & Benefits Package willlook like: Salary-$64,440- $94,667 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
