Our team manages programs at a third party facility — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We set daily/weekly/quarterly targets, generate budgets, track project/program activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders. What you'll achieve: As a Consultant, you will set expectations and provide practical guidance and assistance that help leaders execute a deliver world class results. You will analyze performance data, coordinate program execution and influence both Dell team members and the third party operations leadership to ensure success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. PMP.You will: Conduct process assessments, identify and implement improvement opportunities. Support effective program execution with documentation and quality/compliance controls. Attend New Product Engineering reviews to influence design, process decisions and infrastructure build out in support of an efficient Production Process. Operate as a member of a team with distinct but complementary responsibilities who work together to provide all the assistance and guidance required by a significant 3rd party. Full time
