Senior Manager, Strategy & TransformationOur Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.Work you'll do As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation on the Strategy, Growth and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day contract operations, including coordination of internal resources and oversight of two subcontractor teamsServing as the primary client point of contact and managing communication on priorities, tasking, status, risks, and deliverablesScoping task orders based on client requests, defining delivery approach, identifying staffing needs, and aligning the appropriate delivery teamOverseeing execution of task orders from kickoff through closeout, including timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and quality of work productMonitoring contract performance across multiple workstreams and driving coordination among client stakeholders, subcontractors, and project leadershipManage day-to-day contract operations, including oversight of two subcontractor teams, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client.Lead the intake, scoping, staffing, and execution of task orders in response to client requests, and manage delivery from initiation through completion.This role requires strong contract management, client relationship management, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.This individual will help ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to client expectations, and supported by effective coordination across internal and subcontractor teams.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. QualificationsBachelor's degree8+ years of experience in program management, contract management, project delivery, or business transformation5+ years of experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing client-facing delivery3+ years of experience managing subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional delivery teamsExperience scoping task orders, statements of work, project plans, or comparable delivery artifactsAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience supporting government or public sector contractsExperience managing multiple concurrent task orders, projects, or workstreamsExperience with contract performance tracking, risk logs, and status reportingExperience presenting delivery updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholdersYou may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
