The Role: A technical, hands-on forward-deployed engineering role where you will: Embed on-site with defense customer teams in Washington, D.C. 3 to 4 days weekly. Build robust data ingestion pipelines and ontologies in Palantir Foundry using Python and SQL.Deploy containerized data workflows utilizing Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure. Lead live "what-if" scenario modeling and supply chain risk analyses for senior leaders. Design interactive dashboards and persistent monitors for national security workflows. Diagnose system bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, and optimize platform scalability. Lead client workstreams while mentoring team members on platform engineering best practices.

The Essential Requirements: U.S. Citizenship (strictly required due to client site access requirements).3+ years of quantitative data engineering and analytics experience. Proven, hands-on experience building and configuring pipelines in Palantir Foundry. Deep proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data transforms. Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. up to 4–5 days per week. What Will Make You Stand Out Direct prior experience as a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer or Deployment Strategist.
