This role involves developing and presenting compelling value propositions, coordinating and assisting in various client engagement activities, and working closely with the FLC team to meet annual business development goals. The Managing Director will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and utilize the company's Client Relationship Management tool to manage client interactions effectively. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a JD being a plus, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in legal or professional services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong background in business development within the FLC or related industry is highly valued.
