Mission Readiness Trainer – Service Our client, an AV manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Trainer – Service for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities include providing dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures. Additionally, the role involves reviewing daily performance feedback and addressing any training deficiencies escalated by on-the-job mentors. The trainer will grade hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to the Training Supervisor and team stakeholders. Formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators are also part of the role. The trainer will assist with training material updates as needed and review new training material. Furthermore, they will work with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculum and fulfill an 8-hour minimum Service or Service Associate requirement per month to keep knowledge and performance of SOPs proficient. Requirements include at least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the Mission Readiness team, 1-3 years of experience in the AV space, knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities, high school/GED is required, experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality, proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to support trainees, and excellent time management and prioritization skills. Preferred skills include proficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms, and experience in facilitation of classroom sessions and/or on-the-job training.
