By applying for your expertise within our facility in Pryor OK, as a Multi - Site Plant Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for both converting and mill operations.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
Build trust, manage change, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Coach and develop plant leadership teams and production supervisors.
Drive operational performance through KPI management and data-driven decision making.
Analyze efficiencies and develop action plans to maximize production, quality, and profitability.
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, process optimization projects, and cost reduction efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reliability, and overall plant performance.
Manage budgets, capital expenditures, labor costs, inventory, and operational reporting.
Champion initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and cost performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within the tissue manufacturing industry.
Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
Experience leading unionized manufacturing operations is an asset.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, converting operations, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
