Director, AI‑Driven Consumer Growth

Everlywell is seeking a Director, Consumer Growth (AI‑Native) to own paid and organic acquisition for the Consumer business and to architect the AI agent framework that runs growth campaigns at scale. This hands‑on leader will design and operate AI agents for media buying, creative testing, and reporting, managing a $5M+ annual budget across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms while leading a cross‑functional pod across product, engineering, marketing, analytics and compliance.
