Event Center Assistant (Set/Up)

Essential Functions: Sets up and breaks down necessary chairs and tables before and after events. Facilitates seating organization in respect to fire code regulations. Facilitates the proper organization and cleanliness of venues. Delivers chairs/tables to venue property with the use of a gator or golf cart. Performs various tasks assigned by the event manager. Performs high levels of customer service. Performs other duties, as assigned.

Time Management: Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure: High School diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. A minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred. Valid state issued driver's license in good standing, or reliable transportation to and from venue location.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Employees in this role are regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and may be required to lift up to 100 pounds. This position may require light lifting and moving of furniture, glassware and beverage cases. Overtime is sometimes necessary or required.
