Chief of Staff: Strategy & Execution Leader

Veriforce is seeking a Chief of Staff in Burlington, MA, to partner with the executive team and drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the organization. This permanent, hybrid role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and focuses on priority setting and cross-functional delivery. Three days per week in the office, you will design operating rhythms, translate strategy into actionable plans, and accelerate strategic initiatives across functions and geographies.
