Membership Sales Consultant Fitometry Health Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability.
The Role:
This is a consultative sales position. You'll manage prospective members from initial inquiry through enrollment by:
- Responding quickly to new leads and inquiries
- Conducting outbound calls, texts, and consistent follow-upAsking thoughtful questions to uncover goals, challenges, and motivations
- Conducting personalized club tours
- Presenting Fitometry solutions based on each prospect's needs
- Confidently asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Managing appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity in our CRMAchieving individual sales and activity goals

Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services, personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Sales ability, communication skills, curiosity, work ethic, and coachability matter most.

Total Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
