The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive team, as well as identifying and evaluating new markets, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling organizations, a strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics, and the ability to align multiple functions around common growth objectives. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare services, with a focus on growth, development, and strategy. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in enterprise growth initiatives, particularly within multi-site healthcare organizations. Experience in de novo expansion, market selection, and customer acquisition is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payor dynamics, and referral channels.
