This is an exciting remote opportunity to lead complex client engagements focused on building workforce capability, adopting new technologies, and improving performance for our client in the workforce enablement industry. The role involves translating business needs into strategic learning, enablement, communication, adoption, and performance-support initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality across multidisciplinary teams from discovery to measurement. One year remote contract. The application deadline for this role is 10/28/2026.Learning Experience and Enablement Manager Responsibilities: Lead client meetings, discovery workshops, and executive readouts, building trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional partners. Translate business and performance needs into integrated learning and enablement strategies with clear delivery roadmaps. Set the vision, standards, and quality criteria for all solution components, guiding development of learning plans, curricula, assessments, and digital assets. Manage workstreams from initiation through launch, owning plans, resource coordination, and risk escalation. Lead diverse project teams, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure delivery excellence. Learning Experience and Enablement Manager Qualifications:12+ years of consulting or closely related experience in workforce enablement, learning experience, or transformation.3 to 5 years of experience presenting and advocating for ideas with clients and decision-makers.4+ years of managing project teams or workstreams, including coaching and performance management. Demonstrated success leading client-facing discovery, strategy, and end-to-end enablement initiatives. Practical expertise in instructional design, adult learning, assessment, change enablement, and digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, or Adobe tools.
