Seeking those with a Systems Engineer/Desktop Engineering background – will be supporting the building of a lab/data center and must have strong experience in both Mac OS and Windows OS
Skills / Experience required:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a systems/desktop engineer position servicing HW/SW and ideally setting up large desktop infrastructures
Experience in a production environment such as lab/data center is a must
Must have the following technical skillset:
Advanced Mac and Windows OS troubleshooting.
Device management tools (JAMF, Intune, SCCM).
Experience in labs or data centers.
Knowledge of physical setup and lifecycle management.
Attention to security and best practices.
Ideal to have scripting experience and server room experience as well.
Certifications:
Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, etc.) are a big plus but not required.
