Responsibilities: Architect and lead the design ofscalable data and AI platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems. Develop and deployagentic AI solutions— autonomous or semi-autonomous systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and adaptive task execution. Provide thought leadership indata architecture, analytics, and AI system design, shaping organizational AI strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end intelligent systems. Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools such asGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) , Vertex AI, orLangChain-based frameworksfor advanced reasoning capabilities. Mentor teams in emerging AI technologies, ensuring best practices in data management, model governance, and ethical AI deployment. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency inPython , Java, orScala, with experience buildingdata pipelines , AI/ML workflows, ormicroservicesarchitectures. Expertise indata engineering , machine learning, andcloud computing(GCP, AWS, or Azure). Deep understanding ofLLMs (Large Language Models) , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), andautonomous/agentic AI systems. Demonstrated ability to build and scaleintelligent agentsorAI-driven decision support systems. Strong problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. inComputer Science , Data Science , AI, or related field. Prior experience leading teams inAI/ML innovation , data strategy, orenterprise AI platform development. Familiarity with frameworks likeLangChain , CrewAI , AutoGPT, or similar agentic orchestration technologies. Exposure todefense , finance, ormission-critical enterprise systemsleveraging AI for automation or decision intelligence.
