Overview
In this role you will design and deliver scalable learning solutions that align with firm goals and employee development. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate performance challenges into effective training across in-person, virtual, and digital formats. You will lead end-to-end L&D initiatives, pilot new programs, and continuously improve learning experiences using modern tools. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs Create and curate high-quality learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theory Lead medium-to-large scale L&D projects, including assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution Translate business and performance challenges into effective learning solutions that meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in all modalities (in-person, virtual, online courses, videos)Collaborate with Global L&D Director to design, develop, pilot, evaluate, and deliver new learning experiences and programs Create courses and learning content using authoring/editing software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop)Leverage AI, LMS, and emerging technologies to design and deploy scalable, effective learning experiences Plan, organize, and manage L&D workshops/events including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and communications Facilitate or support in-person and virtual classes Design and deploy course surveys and translate feedback into actionable improvements Develop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics to inform learning decisions Stay current with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologies
Key requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent workplace experience Minimum of 5 years of corporate L&D experience Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and LMS administration Eligible to work in the United States End-to-end project/program management experience Proficient in instructional design and editing tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop)Strong Microsoft Office skills for deliverables (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams/Share Point)Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to travel as needed Full-time on-site with regular on-site attendancecollaboration with stakeholdersstakeholder coordinationtime management Articulate (Storyline & Rise)Camtasia Adobe Premiere
