Customer Service & Order Management Specialist

What You’ll Do: Develop relationships with customers and become familiar with their needs Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, quotes, and orders Prepare and provide accurate quotes and enter customer orders into the internal system Support customers throughout the order process and keep them informed of updates Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to resolve questions and customer requests Follow up on open items and make sure customer requests don't get lost Coordinate information between customers and internal departments Review orders and customer information for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized customer records and documentation Assist the Sales team with customer requests and follow-up Who We're Looking For We're open to someone with a minimum 1 year of office-based customer service experience or a recent college graduate who is ready to start their career Order entry is a plus, but not required Enjoy working with customers and helping solve problems Communicate clearly and professionally Are organized and comfortable juggling multiple requests Pay attention to details Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems Have a positive, professional approach Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Schaumburg, IL, is hiring a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist.
