Job Description:
Initiate, Qualify, and Close: Build a pipeline of established business-owner prospects through referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated outreach. Sell a High-Value, High-Velocity Offering: Manage a single-product, single-decision-maker sales motion selling a premium annual coaching program to sophisticated, successful entrepreneurs. Build Relationships That Convert: Work an assigned book of existing and unassigned client relationships during ramp, generating new introductions and referral-based opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of consistent success in a phone-based sales role; specific industry or product background is not required.
A humble, coachable mindset with genuine openness to feedback and growth.
Strong conversational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with sophisticated, successful business owners.
