Senior Estimator Lead - Heavy Civil Bids & Training

Elite Earthworks & Engineering is a Southern California grading and demolition subcontractor seeking a Chief Estimator to lead the estimating department and stay hands-on with bids. You will independently price heavy grading and demolition projects and serve as the primary resource for bid reviews. The role requires strong leadership, public works and prevailing wage experience, and the ability to train other estimators.
