We are working with a growing manufacturing client in Upstate NY/Broome County NY, They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC ProgrammerScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityQualifications: Hands-on experience programming with ESPRIT CAM softwareExperience designing work-holding fixtures and cutting tools to support machining operationsReading and interpreting engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5Experience creating detailed setup sheets for machine operatorsG-code and M-code for milling and/or turning operationsExperience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining strategiesExperience with CAD tools (Creo) Ideal experiemce with AS9100 or ISO 9001certified manufacturing environmentResponsibilitiesPost-process CNC programsDesign fixtures and work-holding solutionsSelect and specify cutting tools, holders, and tooling assembliesInterpret xevrcyc customer engineering drawings and apply GD&T requirementsProduce tool lists, offsets, datum references, clamping diagrams, and first-piece inspection checkpointsImplement opportunities for cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process standardization**This role is onsite daily
