About the role

Job Description: Senior Application Support Engineer - AWSCharlotte, NC - hybrid onsite – 3 days in office 2 days remote 6 months Contract to hire· Seeking a senior, hands-on engineer to support and maintain a business-critical physical security and access management application hosted on AWS.· The role will troubleshoot issues across the application, Angular/front-end, AWS services, databases, APIs, integrations, security, and reporting.· The ideal candidate has strong enterprise application support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting cloud-based applications in production.

Required Skills: (Must Have)

Education Requirements: Associates Degree· 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in production· 3+ years supporting AWS cloud-native/serverless solutions· Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills· Angular and Type Script (production support and troubleshooting)· AWS Lambda, S3· Python and/or. NET)· SQL Server (MSSQL) and PostgreSQL· REST API and integration troubleshooting· Monitoring and incident response (Cloud Watch, Dynatrace, Splunk, or equivalent)· 24x 7 production support and on-call participationDETAILS NEEDEDYears of experience in:· AWSo Lambdao S3o Aurora (nice to have)· Python or. Net· Angular· Type Script· PostgresSQL
