Northgate Mortgage LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Loan Officers to join our growing team.
About the Role:
Candidates must hold an active NMLS license and have experience originating residential mortgage LOAEmployees will be eligible to receive a $5,000 retention bonus upon successful completion of six consecutive months of employment with Northgate Mortgage LLC.Responsibility Assist borrowers with purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance loans Take loan applications and guide clients through the mortgage process Follow up with company-provided leads and maintain client relationships. Collect and review required documentation. Communicate professionally with borrowers, processors, and underwriters. Meet production goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Active NMLS license (required)Previous residential mortgage experience. Excellent communication and sales skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
