About Us: Continental Manor is a long-term care facility in Blanchester committed to providing quality care to our residents. We’re growing and searching for compassionate, skilled caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference.
STNA Job Highlights: As an STNA, you’ll provide direct and indirect care to residents under the guidance of an RN or LPN. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Essential Duties:
  • Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.)Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families
  • Maintain accurate records of care and report progress or concerns
  • Follow facility procedures for admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
