Applied AI Research Engineer Production ML & Voice AI

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer who can advance our production models and post-training work. You will work across data, evaluation, and deployment to build reliable, high-impact agents and improve customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, push state-of-the-art methods, and turn complex product problems into ML tasks. A CS/ML degree or equivalent experience is expected, with a passion for rigorous experimentation and responsible AI.
