Design Engineering Manager

Tate Americas, Columbia, MD, is seeking an Engineering Manager – Design Engineering to lead the design engineering team across multiple projects. You will translate requirements into manufacturable designs, manage schedules, and ensure BOMs and drawings meet all standards and timelines. Reporting to the Director of Design Engineering, you will coach engineers, drive early risk identification, and coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
