Clinical Pharmacist — Patient Care, Safety & Leadership

AdventHealth in Colorado is seeking a Pharmacist to educate patients, counsel families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective therapy. The role includes direct patient care, care transitions, and participation in stewardship and safety initiatives. You will supervise pharmacy staff, monitor drug therapies, and support quality improvement and regulatory compliance while leveraging EHRs and informatics systems to optimize patient outcomes.
