What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, investors, real estate brokers, agents and referral partners Generate qualified buyer opportunities for new construction homes in the Orlando market Build strategic relationships throughout Miami/South Florida and key international markets Identify and cultivate broker and referral networks that serve foreign-national buyers Conduct presentations and outreach to brokers, investors and prospective buyers Educate buyers on available communities, investment opportunities and the new-home purchasing process Convert leads and referrals into home sales while providing an exceptional customer experience Coordinate with internal sales, mortgage, title, design and construction teams throughout the sales process Maintain consistent follow-up and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and referral partners

What We’re Looking For: Proven success in residential real estate sales, new-home sales, luxury real estate or real estate investment sales Established relationships or demonstrated experience working with international buyers, investors, brokers and/or referral networks Strong understanding of the Miami/South Florida real estate market Ability to proactively develop new business and generate sales through relationships and referrals Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Bilingual English/Spanish Required Active Florida Real Estate License preferred
