Production Worker - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be hourly rate for this position is $20.45 per hour, plus a $0.50 cent shift differential. What You'll Do:
The Production Worker is responsible for work in all departments of the manufacturing plant - Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the Production Worker should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.

Basic Qualifications:
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience.

- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable
to frequently crouch, kneel, balance, reach above the shoulder level, push and pull with or without reasonable
to do repetitive action of simple grasping, and firm grasping with or without reasonable accommodations, as required.
Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.
Ability to work in an environment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily occurring during dock door openings.
