Industrial Construction Superintendent — Lead Large Projects

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field activities within our Industrial Building Group, overseeing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the General Superintendent, manage budgets and safety, coordinate with project management, and ensure on-time delivery for ground-up facilities valued around $20M+. Must be willing to travel about 25% and pass background/drug tests.
