Inventory Control Lead
Position Overview: As our Inventory Control Lead, you will independently perform established inventory control and receiving support activities while using judgment to resolve standard issues. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, material flow, documentation quality, and timely execution of receiving and inspection transactions. Your Day to Day as an Inventory Control Lead: Execute and verify SAP transactions for inventory receipts, material status changes, bin locations, quantities, Vendor Operations, and Receiving Inspection completion. Perform QN checks for incoming products and products released from Receiving Inspection and execute batch splits for nonconforming material when required. Manage routine documentation reviews, folder reviews, operation signoffs, and certification package forwarding to Document Control. Run, analyze, and distribute inventory cleanup, in transit, and negative on hand balance reports; investigate and resolve standard discrepancies. Perform scheduled cycle counts across Receiving Inspection staging areas, crib inventories, and stockroom locations and reconcile routine variances. Maintain the Receiving Inspection RTW dashboard and coordinate daily work priorities with Receiving Inspection to support material flow. Conduct assigned audits of SAP receiving activity and vendor-supplied documentation and support hazardous inspection audits as required. Provide guidance to newer team members on established inventory control processes and standard work. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in applicable field plus a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of inventory control principles, receiving processes, cycle counting, and material status management. Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system, including inventory and receiving transactions. Ability to analyze standard inventory discrepancies, review supporting documentation, and apply established procedures and precedents. Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Pay: $70,000 - $103,000
