Cosmetic R&D Chemist Innovative Formulations

Bright Innovation Laboratories in the United States seeks a chemist to create and improve cosmetic formulations, benchmark products, and translate customer briefs into compliant formulas suitable for manufacturing. You will reverse-engineer products, test materials, and collaborate with QC, QA, Production, and suppliers. A chemistry degree and at least 3 years of lab experience are required, with willingness to work standard hours and some overtime.
