IT Support Specialist (Level 1)

Contract Help For IT TeamOur IT team is hiring contract help working through a backlog of Mac computers. This is a hands-on, hardware-focused role: you'll erase and restore Macs, update their statuses in our inventory system, and ship them out. The work is well defined and queue-driven, and you'll have a clear process to follow from day one. When there is no device lifecycle work in the queue, you'll pitch in on general IT support: tier 1 Zendesk tickets, our IT Support Slack channel, in-person walkups in the office, and IT tasks during employee onboarding. This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend. Fully onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
