Drywall- Construction Project Manager
Location: Tulsa Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor field progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings
- Lead weekly project meetings with clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety requirements, and company standards
- Assist with manpower planning, logistics, and procurement
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with field and office teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, developers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial framing and drywall projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously (interior build-outs, TI, large-scale commercial, etc.)Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings
- Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight
