Full time, hourly, standard 40-hour week Pay: $17.00/hour base PLUS uncapped recurring commission: 5% of product sales and 5% of all subscription revenue you sell for the first 12 months, paid monthly on the 15th of the following month. Time off: 2 weeks (80 hours) paid time off per year. Time can be used before it is fully accrued. Up to 8 unused hours roll over to the next year.

The role:
Own the sales process from first contact to close. You'll follow up on inbound leads and find new prospects, give live and online demos to salon owners, keep your pipeline in our CRM, quote software and hardware, and close the sale. Light trade-show travel may be required.
