HR Manager Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment law requirements. Oversee investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and grievance handling. Advise leadership on compliance risks, labor practices, and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with federal and local laws such as FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other employment‑related regulations Support day‑to‑day HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and maintaining employee files. Assist managers with performance reviews, coaching, and employee development. Partner with teams on compensation changes, benefits questions, and employee support needs. Handle HR inquiries, documentation, auditing, and routine HR processes. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring consistency with federal requirements and organizational standards. Conduct periodic audits of HR practices for compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policy. Recommend revisions to align with evolving workplace laws and best practices. Support employee and manager training on policy awareness and compliance expectations. Help administer benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, and return‑to‑work processes. Partner with finance and legal teams on governance, compliance, and policy improvements related to benefits programs. Support HRIS upgrades, data governance, and process improvements aligned with modern HR system expectations. Work closely with leaders, managers, and employees to address HR challenges and improve employee experience. Help drive initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred, aligning with senior HR expectations in U.S. markets.
