Manager, Process Excellence & Project Management

Overview In this role, you drive enterprise-wide process improvements and project execution at Success Academy. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods to remove waste and optimize workflows. As a hands-on practitioner, you will lead problem solving sessions, map current processes, and embed PE tools across departments. You’ll report to the Head of Process Excellence and work closely with senior leadership to scale impact and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefitsfull benefits programopportunities for professional growthcompetitive compensation Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional process improvement projects aligned with the PE roadmap Map current-state workflows, diagnose impediments, identify waste, and design streamlined future-state processes using data analytics Lead Kaizen events and Problem Solving Process sessions to drive rapid improvements and cross-functional alignment Advocate and embed PE tools (Standard Work, TPI, PSP, Daily Management) across departments Assist in Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) goals and Daily Management tracking systems Support internal PE training programs and upskill employees in PE fundamentals and Lean tools Key requirements 6-7 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational excellence, lean business systems, or technical project management Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field Strong proficiency with core PE and Lean tools (DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, 5S, Daily Management)Proven project management skills—managing timelines, KPIs, and stakeholder communications Experimentation and growth mindset with comfort in ambiguity and risk management Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authoritycollaborationanalytical mindsetstrong communicationDMAICVSMKaizen
