Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind, solar, and battery storage assets. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components. Act as Acting Site Manager when needed and support repair teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years of experience in renewables preferred. Technical diploma or certification in electromechanics, electricity, or wind turbine maintenance preferred. Must pass safety training and have a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
100% field work, travel required, and work in extreme weather. General rotation of 5 weeks on, 1 week off. Physical demands include climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Hourly pay range of $28.65 - $47.74, with starting pay of $30.00 - $40.00. Benefits include bonus, comprehensive health coverage, 401k matching, PTO, and paid parental leave.
