The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer communication, documentation quality, and compliance-oriented analysis and a proven ability to own case work end-to-end, drive timely remediation with merchants, and produce audit-ready documentation.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough account reviews in a high-risk, deadline-driven environment with accuracy and compliance focus. Own cases from start to resolution, making informed decisions and escalating appropriately. Engage merchants and partners via outbound calls to clarify issues and drive remediation. Document actions, decisions, and outcomes clearly to meet audit and compliance standards.RequiredSkills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Excel for tracking, organizing, and notating work. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance orientation. Effective verbal communication skills for professional merchant interactions. Proficiency in basic computer navigation, data entry, and use of multiple tools simultaneously.PreferredSkills:Prior AML or compliance exposure.
