Senior Care Medication Specialist

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents safely and with dignity. You will follow physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents post-dose, and maintain secure medication carts, while upholding infection control standards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, strong documentation and communication skills, and preferred experience in senior care.
