Job Description: We are currently searching for a Charismatic Front Desk Receptionist Excellent opportunity to work in adynamic and happy atmosphere with terrific opportunities to learn and grow. You will be greeting everyone from clients to vendors!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
Qualifications: Must work well in a fast paced environment. Human Resources background a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must love to work with people! Must have a clear friendly - professional phone voice. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
