AOI Inspector

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm Benefits 73% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurancePTO3% SIMPLE IRA match

Responsibilities: Operate and review AOI machine inspection results to identify defects and quality concerns Inspect electronic assemblies and components for accuracy and compliance with specifications Read and interpret work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, and component polarity Perform in-line quality inspections throughout the SMT production process Communicate production or quality issues to leads and team members promptly Support SMT production operations as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete inspection documentation accurately

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 1 3 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred Experience in SMT, PCB, or electronics manufacturing preferred Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is a plus Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to inspect small components and work under a microscope Basic computer skills required Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
