Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Manage employee relations and performance management processes Administer HR programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations Coordinate training and development programs Partner with managers to support operational and staffing needs

Required Qualifications: Human Resources experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or production environment required Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees Strong understanding of employment law, workers' compensation, and employee relations Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent management experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations
