Your Role:
Here’s what you will be doing:
Support and collaborate with the sales team to identify revenue opportunities with customers
Communicate as the subject matter expert to build and maintain customer relationships
Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Provide and negotiate competitive pricing with the sales team
Input, update, and manage shipment information using company systems
Collaborate with support teams to ensure proper shipment servicing
Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
