SALES & SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the Role: Basement And Foundation Solutions is looking for a driven and skilled Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team in Kernersville, NC. Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to identify basement and foundation issues Present and sell waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural solutions to homeowners Perform installation and service of basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and foundation repair products Diagnose structural and moisture-related problems and recommend appropriate remediation solutions Maintain accurate records of service visits, sales activity, and customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-installation concerns Represent the company professionally on job sites and in customer homes

Requirements: Prior experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, construction, or a related trade preferred Strong sales aptitude with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in crawl spaces or confined areas Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently in the field Basic computer or tablet skills for documentation and scheduling
