Account Executive

The Role: As an Account Executive, you'll partner with municipalities and school districts to bring our Fitness Courts and Community Wellness Campaign to public spaces across the U.S. You'll work directly with mayors, parks directors, superintendents, school boards, and other public-sector champions to secure funding and consensus for a proven, impactful initiative. This is a 100% remote role. All selling is done via virtual presentations and consultative conversations. A powerful Campaign Marketing and SDR team delivers interested parties to power your calendar. You'll master our consultative approach, guiding champions to prioritize wellness for their community. Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $165K - $215K per year Guaranteed ramp period: $9K/month for 6 months Uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities: Build and grow relationships with municipal and school district decision-makers Make the case for public health infrastructure and services as a driver of healthier communities Lead the partnership development process to secure participation in NFC's wellness initiative Own your sales calendar, driving new business and hitting weekly KPIsCollaborate with the NFC team to design, fund, and launch Fitness Courts in your region What We're Looking For 4+ years selling into publicly-funded institutions — K-12, higher ed, municipalities, counties, or state government. Or similar background selling health and wellness solutions to large private organizations. With documented record of hitting and exceeding quota.$50K+ average deal size in a current or recent role Proven multi-stakeholder navigation in 4+ month cycles (e.g., mayor + city manager + parks + finance, or VP Student affairs + superintendent + board + budget owner)Comfort securing public-budget commitments through a full appropriations or approval process Promotion velocity: ideally promoted at least once in your most recent role Comfort with a modern, AI-augmented sales stack: we run Salesforce, Gong, and modern research/enrichment tooling, and we build our own internal apps.
