Assistant General Counsel - Healthcare Contracts

MTF Biologics, Edison, NJ, seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the General Counsel in protecting the organization’s legal interests. You will identify and analyze legal issues, draft key documents, present clear recommendations, and ensure compliance across business units. You will review, edit, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including sponsored research, development, distribution, supply/vendor, and licensing agreements.
