Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with special needs in small group settings
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
- Utilize instructional techniques to enhance student learning
- Conduct parent conferences to review student progress
- Implement differentiated instruction to cater to the individual needs of all students
- Enhance instructional strategies through small group instruction
- Collaborate with parents through effective parent communication
- Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learners
- Design curriculum planning to meet student needs
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in preschool or elementary education
- Familiarity with NAEYC and Common Core State Standards
- Ability to execute social studies and reading intervention programs
- Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies such as Montessori and Responsive Classroom
- Experience in creating and executing individualized education programs

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in project-based learning
- Understanding of Google Classroom

Compensation and Benefits:
